A Wagon Wheel Wonder!
So last week, we got a request for a 50th birthday cake. The brief: Wagon Wheels! Everyones childhood favourite, and this has definitely been one of our favourite cakes baked to date!
The cake was a devil's food cake sponge, and the filling was made up of Callebaut chocolate buttercream, marshmallow fluff, raspberry jam and broken biscuit pieces (drool). Then we decorated the cake with a delicious chocolate drip, more marshmallow fluff, biscuit pieces and the star of the show, jammy wagon wheels!
The cake went down a treat, and we had one (or two) happy customers!
Remember, that all of our cakes can be completely bespoke and we are open to any ideas, no matter how wacky they may seem!
