June Favourites!

Anyone else agree with how quickly this year seems to be flying by?! Summer is in full swing and we have had some gorgeous weather so far! (Even though we do fear it may not last for very long!)

The Cakes & Carousels kitchen has been fighting against the heat and trying desperately to prevent melty melty cakes! But we've just about made it through and we've had an awesome cakey month! So we've rounded up our favourite bakes from June. So sit back, relax, and pray for us that our cakes don't get too hot in July!

The top cake is our Snickers cake! This is a really popular one and the perfect cake for any snickers lover! The cake is made up of chocolate sponge and filled with peanut butter buttercream, peanut sauce, caramel sauce, salted peanuts and chocolate chips. We then cover the cake in more delicious peanut butter buttercream, smother it in peanut sauce, caramel sauce and chocolate ganache and top the cake with snickers, salted peanuts and chocolate chips! 

(Mouth was watering just writing that description!)

This cake is another customer favourite (and ours too!) It's our biscuit lovers cake! 

This double stacked ombre cake was made for a birthday girl who loves Kayaking!

This is our pastel birthday cake. Topped with pastel sweeties, including refresher marshmallows and rainbow drops!

This adorable little guy was a "welcome to the world" cake, and he was a big hit!
